Domain Park / Forwarding / Pointing:

Domain Parking is when a domain name is registered and not used for any services, in other words, the domain gets secured so that nobody else will be able to register the domain, this domain can later be used for web hosting or personalised e-mails.

Domain forwarding is when your domain name points to another web site or server. If the client registers a domain and make use of e-mail services on the domain name you will not be charged for Domain Parking. If we point a domain to another service you will be charged the same price.

NOTES:

If any .co.za domain needs to be transferred to another ISP it is your responsibility, we will not accept any tickets for your domains.
If you transfer domain to our DNS servers our system is automated and will send tickets out, if the domain failed to be transferred the system will send out the ticket again, there after the system will activate the domain and it is your responsibility to get the domain transferred.
For any international domain transfer we will need the EPP Code, if the domain transfer is successful or failed you will be invoiced accordingly.
