Terms and Conditions of Use: 1. It is the responsibility of the client to keep the usernames and passwords confidential as specified in terms of this contract. 2. GWSSA does not take responsibility for any domains and domain e-mail addresses hosted with other Internet Services Providers.3. Monthly subscriptions are payable in advance, connections not paid for by the 5th of the month will be disconnected and only reconnected on payment of outstanding fees as well as a R 100 (incl. VAT) reconnection fee. 4. Interest is payable on all arrear payments and a service fee of R 100 (incl. VAT) will be levied on all non-payments via debit order. 5. Installation payments are strictly payable on installation and proof of Internet connectivity (no network set-up).6. One calendar month’s written notice is required in order to terminate the contract. 7. The client purchases all equipment, GWSSA cannot be held responsible for any damage to equipment, malfunction or resulting losses.8. It is the client’s responsibility to test the system regularly and to phone the helpdesk ON 087 808 4224 if problems are experienced.9. I/we indemnify GWSSA against any damage, loss, claims or cost that may result from work being done in connection with the service being rendered and or the removal of the service.10. Although everything possible is done to ensure uninterrupted service, due to maintenance and unforeseen Acts of God, GWI cannot be held responsible for any disruptions of the service. All disruptions will be repaired within 36 hours.
