All our internet access packages come by default with 3 mail boxes.
- All Additional E-Mail boxes will be charged at R15.00 per mail box.
- You will be able to add as many aliases to mail boxes, at no extra cost.
- Global E-Mail box can set up per domain name and will be charged.
- All Hosting packages do have a number of mailboxes linked to the packages.
For instance, if you take an ADSL account, you get 3 mail boxes. If you add 2meg hosting with 2 mailboxes, our system will automatically calculate that you qualify for 5 mail boxes. We currently do not have any limitations on the amount of e-mails, and will implement such a system in the future.

SPAM and Grey listing Explanation Mails We have installed a program called Mails URL::http://www.mailzu.co.za Login with your e-mail address and password. What is Mails? Mails are a simple and intuitive quarantine management interface. It allows users and administrators to view quarantined messages and release, request, or delete them. Why Mails? Quarantine list can be sorted by "From", "Subject", "Date" or "Score" for regular Users Quarantine list can be sorted by "To", "From", "Subject", "Date", "Score" or "Mail ID" for Administrators. Users can view, release or delete messages tagged as spam in quarantine. Users can view, request the release or delete messages containing banned attachment in quarantine. Grey listing is a new weapon to use against spam in this Great War being waged upon it. With this new shielding method, by which you may block out huge amounts of spam, you are sure to be pleased. In name, as well as operation, greylisting is related to whitelisting and blacklisting. What happen is that each time a given mailbox receives an e-mail from an unknown contact (ip), that mail is rejected with a "try again later" - message (this happens at the SMTP layer and is transparent to the end user). This, in the short run, means that all mail gets delayed at least until the sender tries again - but this is where spam loses out! Most spam is not sent out using RFC compliant MTAs; the spamming software will not try again later. But... spammers adapt!! Yes they do. But that does not really make greylisting useless. This delay in new sender contacts also gives you a lot of extra power. This may be an hour, but in this hour there is a large chance that the mass mailer/spammer has been identified by the more conventional anti-spam software. Thus, when he retries it is likely that we will know him for what he really is! NOTE: We work on the same Greylisting then MWEB / IS / DAT PRO / STORM and should someone send you an e-mail the first time the mail will take up to 30 minutes to be delivered to your mail directory, there after the mail will be very fast. |
