Setup Costs
The setup costs will be debited at the time of the first debit order run. Please note that the first debit order will be a larger amount than all subsequent debit orders as a result of the setup costs.
Licensing
Licensing is the rental fee for the software required to perform the backups. All updates to the software will be free of charge.
Storage
Storage is the compressed storage allocation provided to users on our servers. Typical compression will range from 50% - 80%, but may vary depending on the type of files being backed up. We do allow pooled storage with a quantity of 2 or more licenses within a business environment.
